This screen allows you to display, define, and/or modify the active and inactive request type categories currently defined for this Helpdesk.
The Request Type Categories screen lists all of the active or inactive request type categories that currently exist for the request ticket for this Helpdesk. If no values have been defined, the Request Type Categories edit screen displays.
If there are existing request type categories, you can use this screen to:
Add a new category: Click New.
Edit a category: Click the Edit icon under Edit/Delete.
Delete a category: Click the Delete icon under Edit/Delete.
Edit multiple category values: Place a tick in the checkbox for each category to be edited. Then, click Edit Selected.
Delete multiple category values: Place a tick in the checkbox for each category to be deleted. Then, click Edit Deleted.
Edit all category values: Click Edit All.
Delete all category values: Click Delete All.
Toggle display between active and inactive values: Click the Edit Actives or Edit Inactives button at the bottom of the screen.
If you select either New or Edit, the Request Type Categories edit screen displays.
