Number Fields (Decimal)

The Number Fields (Decimal) screen lists all of the active or inactive user-defined decimal fields that currently exist for the request ticket for this Helpdesk. If no values have been defined, the Number Fields (Decimal) edit screen displays.

If there are existing decimal fields, you can use this screen to:

• Add a new decimal field: Click New.

• Edit an existing decimal field: Click the Edit icon under Edit/Delete.

• Delete an existing decimal field: Click the Delete icon under Edit/Delete.

• Edit multiple decimal fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each decimal field to be edited. Then, click Edit Selected.

• Delete multiple decimal fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each decimal field to be deleted. Then, click Delete Selected.

• Edit all decimal fields: Click Edit All.

• Delete all decimal fields: Click Delete All.

• Toggle display between active and inactive fields: Click the Edit Actives or Edit Inactives button at the bottom of the screen.

If you select either New or Edit, the Number Fields (Decimal) edit screen displays.
