From this screen, you can enter or change the following fields:
Name: Enter the name of the worker status being defined or modified. This is the name that will display in the ticket entry form drop-down list. This is a required field.
Description: Enter a short, but useful, description of this worker status.
Attributes: Set the following attribute flags, as required:
Activate? Tick this checkbox to activate this worker status for this Helpdesk.
Default value? Tick this checkbox to make this status the default worker status value.
Final value? Tick this checkbox to define this status as a terminal (final) status value. CNAV uses the final value flag to determine whether a selected status actually "closes" the worker's task on this ticket.
Transfer status? Tick this checkbox to define this status as a transfer status.
After defining or modifying all required fields, click Submit.
