A sponsor provides financial support for the conference, while contributors provide goods or services.

Vendor representatives have been extended invitations to attend and exhibit at the conference. While we are not allowing vendor-led presentations within the tracks, we encouraged the vendors to have their clients submit proposals of best practices. We didn't want presentation time taken up with sales pitches.

Different from other conferences, instead of a vendor exhibit hall, we are having a "vendor coffeehouse" where attendees can meet and see vendors in a relaxed, less competitive environment. The final evening of the conference is also scheduled to be vendor roundtables - where we provide attendees an opportunity to sit and discuss points with the different vendors.
