Clicking Find It Now, Helpdesk, Browse Tickets allows you to view a list of the tickets currently entered in the helpdesk (and institution), you selected on the Helpdesk search screen. This screen displays either All tickets or only Open tickets, depending on which option you selected on the Helpdesk search screen.
For each ticket listed, CNAV displays the Ticket ID and a short description of the problem being reported. To view any of the tickets listed in this display, click on the hyperlinked Ticket ID.
To return to the Helpdesk search screen, click Back.
