Editing a Scrapbook

To edit an existing scrapbook, select the scrapbook to be edited from the provided drop-down list in the Portfolio Generator Toolbar.  Click Go.

From the scrapbook editing screen, you can do the following:

• Add an entity to the scrapbook

• Delete one or more entities from the scrapbook

Adding an entity to the scrapbook

An entity is any item that you can add to a Portfolio scrapbook. An entity could be a journal entry, a planner entry, a form (that you completed), an event (that you attended), or a group (that you belong to).  To add an entity to the scrapbook, do the following:

1. Select the type of entity you wish to add from the provided drop-down list.

2. Click Add.  CNAV will display a list of all entities of the selected type that can be added to the scrapbook.

3. Tick the Add checkbox for each entity you wish to add.

4. Click Add.

Deleting one or more entities from the scrapbook

To delete one or more entities from the scrapbook, tick the Delete checkbox for each entity you wish to remove.  Click Delete Selected.  CNAV will ask you to confirm the deletion. Click Delete to confirm.
