PC Eudora users need to carefully examine their email settings. In particular, Eudora users need to check that the Microsoft Viewer is turned on. Otherwise, HTML settings (such as URLs) within emails sent from CNAV to Eudora users will not work correctly.
To verify that the Microsoft Viewer is turned on, do the following:
Start Eudora.
Click Tools, Options.
In the Message Window section of the window displayed, verify that the Use Microsoft's Viewer checkbox is ticked.
