Clicking My Place, My Candidate Reply Form allows you to electronically accept or decline the student position you've been offered at the college.
To complete this form, enter the following information:
Tick the appropriate checkbox: ACCEPT or DECLINE.
If you tick the DECLINE checkbox, please enter the name of the school you selected in input field provided.
If you tick the ACCEPT checkbox, also enter the following information:
Deposit payment method: Tick the appropriate option button to either Submit this form electronically (including credit card payment) or Print this form to be mailed with a check.
Billing name and address: Regardless of the method used to pay the deposit, please enter the name and address of person to be billed for first semester.
After entering all required information, click Submit.
