New Journal Entry

To add a new entry to your Journal, do the following:

1. Enter the desired information in the Subject and Text entry fields.

2. Designate the importance of this journal entry by selecting the appropriate tag. Your options are:

• Hide

• Ignore

• Please Read

• Please Reply

• Portfolio Bound

3. Specify the people and groups allowed to view this entry. Your default viewers will already be listed. To add a new viewer or block view of this entry to one or more current default journal viewers, click Edit.

4. Specify the people and groups allowed you want CNAV to notify that this entry has been added.  Your default notification recipients will already be listed. To add a new notification recipient or remove one or more current recipients, click Edit.

5. Enter one or more URLs to be associated with this entry, if desired.  You can add up to three URLs per entry.

6. Enter one or more files to be uploaded and stored with this journal entry.  You can upload up to three files per entry.

To clear this form and start again, click Reset.

After making all specifications, click Submit.
