Clicking Find It Now, 2 Cents, Quick Surveys, Multiple Condition Search allows you to search for quick surveys or quick survey templates using many different fields/criteria. The exact fields you see depend on which task you are trying to perform:
Searching for Quick Survey Instances
When you are searching for a quick survey instance, you can enter data into one, some, or all of these fields:
Name: Enter the name of the quick survey for which you are searching.
Institution: Select the institution for which you are searching for quick surveys from the provided drop-down list.
Publication status: Indicate whether CNAV should search for published quick surveys only, unpublished quick surveys only, or all quick surveys (both).
Start date: Enter the date on which the quick survey became (or will become) available to eligible participants.
Taking end date: Enter the date of the last day on which participants can complete this quick survey.
Viewable end date: Enter the last day on which the results of this quick survey can be viewed.
Department: Enter the name of the department to which this quick survey belongs. Note that this field uses a dynamic list display.
Owner: Enter the name of the person who owns this quick survey. Note that this field uses a dynamic list display. To limit the number of entries searched in the dynamic list, select a Search group from the provided drop-down list before beginning to type the owner's name.
Description: Enter a short description of the quick survey, being careful to include any key words that you would expect to be included in the description of the actual quick survey.
Once you have specified all desired criteria, click Submit.
Searching for Quick Survey Templates
When you search for a Quick Survey template, you can enter data into one, some, or all of these fields:
Name: Enter the name of the template for which you are searching.
Institution: Select the institution for which you are searching for this item from the provided drop-down list.
Department: Enter the name of the department to which this item belongs. Note that this field uses a dynamic list display.
Owner: Enter the name of the person who owns this item. Note that this field uses a dynamic list display. To limit the number of entries searched in the dynamic list, select a Search group from the provided drop-down list before beginning to type the owner's name.
Description: Enter a short description of the item, being careful to include any key words that you would expect to be included in the description of the actual item.
Once you have specified all desired criteria, click Submit.
