The contents of this screen are shared between you, your faculty advisor, and other advisors, such as Career Planning or Academic Advising. The information on this grid is not official and does not affect your official college record, but is designed to serve as a point of reference and communication.
There are 12 boxes on this screen. Each box is a separate notepad, capable of holding 2,000 characters, or about one page of text.
Write anything in these boxes, but keep in mind this tool is to help with advising. When you are finished, click the Save Changes button.
Although there are multiple Save Changes buttons on the screen, you only need to use one. You can edit as many of the notepad boxes as you want, and then save them all at once by clicking any of the Save Changes buttons.
