Transcripts can be viewed by current students, alumni, and -- with the student's permission -- parents. As a student, clicking My Place, My Transcript allows you to view your transcript in the following ways:
Order by Term: Select this option to list the courses by the semester during which they were taken and display them in year/semester order.
Order by Dept: Select this option to list courses by their departments in alphabetical order.
With Grades: Select this option to view your transcript with grades as well as all other information that customarily appears on a transcript. Because this is sensitive data, we advise you not to view grades while in a public place.
Without Grades: Select this option to view your transcript in a public area. This view displays only that data that is legal and without restriction.
Note that you can view the course by clicking on the highlighted name. Also, official transcripts are only available through the registrar's office.
To see this transcript, decide which format you would like to see it in, and click the circle to the right of your choice. Then click the Show Transcript button at the bottom of the page.
