Add Access Groups

When you opt to Add access groups from the Page Security Group definition screen, CNAV displays the Add Access Groups screen.

On this screen, you need to enter the groups you wish to provide with access to the pages included in this page security group. You can enter a group by name or by group ID number and then click Search.  

If you are unsure of the group name, enter part of the name and click Search.  CNAV will return a list of all groups including the characters you typed at any point in the name.  

For example, entering a Name of port and clicking Search might return a list like this:

• Transportation_Services_Members

• Progress_Report_SysAdmins

• Sports_Information_Members

• Progress_Report_Admin

• Portfolio_Admin

At this time, wild card searches are not supported in this function.

Tick the checkbox for each returned group that you wish to add as an access group for this page security group. Click Add.
