There are two ways to add pages to page security in CNAV. You can:
Add a page to a page security group
Add a page security group to a page
For instructions on how to add a page to a page security group, read the Help provided on Editing an Existing Page Security Group.
This Help section describes how to add a page security group to a page.
First, select CNAV Tools, Page Security. CNAV displays the Page Security for Page Groups screen. At the top of that screen, you will find two display options: [Page Groups] and [Pages]. Click [Pages]. CNAV will display the Security for Pages screen. On this screen, you need to find the name of the CNAV file to which you wish to add a page security group. If you know the exact file name, you can enter that directly in the Search field. If you are unsure of the name, you can enter a few characters and Search. If you leave the Search field blank and click Search, CNAV will list the file names of all CNAV pages. In any case, CNAV returns a list of all pages that meet the search criteria you specified. Click the hyperlinked name of the page you were looking for to display the Modify Page Security screen.
