Clicking Campus Tools, Appointment Tools, Administer Global Appointment Permissions allows you to view or modify the global appointment viewers for the selected department. The global appointment viewers for a department are those people, or groups of people, who are authorized to view any appointments entered for the selected department.
To view the global appointment viewers, simply click Campus Tools, Appointment Tools, Administer Global Appointment Permissions. For each viewer or viewer group listed, CNAV provides the following information:
Delete: Use this checkbox to remove the listed viewer or viewer group. (Tick the checkbox for each viewer to be removed, then click Delete Selected.)
Name: This column lists the name of each viewer or viewer group.
Last Modified By: This column lists the date and time at which each viewer was either added or last modified.
To add a new viewer or viewer group, click Add.
To return to the Appointment Tools menu, click Back.
Note that use of this tool is restricted to those CNAV users designed as administrators for appointment tools. If you are unable to access this tool and feel that you require access in order to perform your job, please contact your CNAV system administrator.
