Clicking Campus Tools, Helpdesk, System Administrator Tools Utilities allows you to access the following utilities:
Edit Administrative Utilities Globally: This tool allows you to define status values (such as worker status and ticket status) that you wish to be available for all helpdesks at your institution.
Edit Institution: This tool allows you to specify whether or not the helpdesk system will be available at specific institutions within your CNAV installation.
