Clicking Campus Tools, Account Mgmt, [User-realm] Password Reset displays a list of all the users have requested that their passwords be reset. (When reset, the password is reset to its initial value. This is often, but not always, the user's social security number.)
For each pending password change request, this screen displays the following information:
Modify: This column provides two icons. The Edit icon allows you to process the password change request. The Mail to icon allows you to email the person who requested the change to inform her of the status.
Requestor: This column lists the name of each person who requested that her password be reset.
Status: This column reports the current status. Usually, that status is Password Request.
Requested Date: This column lists the date and time at which each password reset was requested.
From this screen, you can perform the following tasks:
Download the list to a spreadsheet-readable file. To download this information, click the Download icon.
Process a password reset request. To process a password reset request, click the Edit icon. CNAV will display the Password Reset edit screen.
