Clicking Campus Tools, Appointment Tools, Search Appointment Logs allows you to search the appointments logged for the current (or specified) department.
You can search the appointment logs based on one or more of the following search criteria:
Department: Select the department for which you wish to search appointments from the provided drop-down list. The drop-down list will contain all departments for which you are authorized to execute appointment searches.
Type: Use this drop-down list to limit your search to only those appointments having the specified type. (By default, CNAV returns appointments of any type.)
Status: Use this drop-down list to limit your search to only those appointments having the specified status. (By default, CNAV returns appointments having any status.)
People: Use this field to limit your search results to only appointments for which the specified person is either an attendee or a host. This field uses a dynamic list display.
Date range: Use this field to limit your search results to only appointments scheduled within the specified date range. (By default, CNAV returns appointments scheduled on any date.)
As you enter fields to be searched upon, those search criteria will display in the Search Conditions area to the right of the screen. If you change your mind and wish to remove a criteria, simply click on the item to be removed in the Search Conditions area.
After entering all desired search criteria, click Submit to execute the search.
To clear this form and begin again, click Reset.
To return to the Appointment Tools menu, click Main.
