From this screen, you can enter or change the following fields:
Name: Enter the name of the yes/no (true/false) field being defined or modified. This name is the actual question that will appear on the helpdesk survey. This is a required field.
Description: Enter a short, but useful, description of this yes/no field.
Activate: Tick this checkbox to activate this field for this helpdesk survey.
Sequence: Enter a value that indicates the order in which you want this field to appear on the helpdesk survey. (The field marked sequence 1 is listed first, sequence 2 is listed second, etc.) This is a required field.
Default value: Use these option buttons to select the default value for this yes/no field. If you don't indicate a value, CNAV sets Yes as the default.
To clear this form and start again, click Reset.
After defining or modifying all required fields, click Submit.
To view the helpdesk survey as it exists to this point, click View.
