Clicking Campus Tools, Helpdesk, Helpdesk Tools, Display Completed Tickets in Past Year allows you to generate a quick report of all tickets closed in the past year for the current Helpdesk.
Note that the ticket IDs are hyperlinked to the actual tickets. To display a closed ticket, simply click on that ticket ID.
If desired, you can also download this report to your PC in comma-delimited (that is, spreadsheet readable) format by clicking Get the file.
