On this screen, you can add a new special occasion or modify an existing special occasion. For each special occasion, you can specify the following fields:
Abbreviation: Enter the 2- to 3-character abbreviation for this special occasion, as you wish it to appear in the drop-down list provided on the user timesheet.
Name: Enter the full name of this special occasion.
Description: Enter a short, but useful, description of this special occasion.
Timesheet type: Select the timesheet type to which you wish this special occasion to apply from the provided drop-down list.
To clear this form and start again, click Reset.
After making all desired changes, click Submit. CNAV displays the Timesheet Flags screen.
