A Yes/No form element defines a checkbox-style Yes/No field to be included on an online form. In a Yes/No checkbox field, the checkbox is ticked for Yes and left blank for No.
For each Yes/No type form element, you can enter or change the following fields:
Name: Enter the name of the form input field being defined or modified.
Displayed text: Enter a short, but useful, description of how the user should complete this field. This description will display on the online form.
Attributes: Set the following attribute flags, as required:
Activate? Tick this checkbox to activate this field for this form.
Default value: Enter the default value you wish CNAV to assign to this input field. You can select Yes, No, or opt to have no default value.
After defining or modifying all required fields, click Update.
To return to the Form Elements screen, click Back.
To return to the Form Builder/Editor, click Main.
