This step in the Timesheet wizard allows you to edit the layout of the employee timesheets. You can also access this screen by selecting Campus Tools, Timesheet Tools, Timesheet, Timesheet Tools Timesheet Utilities, Employee Timesheets.
At this point, you are basically creating or modifying a timesheet layout that will determine which fields appear on the timesheet and how that timesheet will appear.
On this screen, you can do the following:
Add a timesheet layout: To add a new timesheet layout, click New. CNAV will display the Edit Employee Timesheet screen.
Edit existing timesheet layouts: To edit a single timesheet layout, click the appropriate Edit icon. You can also tick the Edit/Delete checkbox(es) to Edit Selected timesheet layouts or opt to Edit All timesheet layouts. In any case, CNAV displays the Edit Employee Timesheet screen.
Delete an existing timesheet layout: To delete an existing timesheet layout, click the appropriate Delete icon. CNAV will prompt you to confirm the deletion. Click OK. CNAV will redisplay the Employee Timesheets screen without the deleted timesheet layout.
After making all changes or entries needed on this screen, click Next. The Timesheet wizard will proceed to the Timesheet Types screen.
