Build Inventory System

Clicking Campus Tools, Inventory, Build Inventory System initiates the Inventory Builder wizard. This wizard steps you through the following screens in sequence:

• Item Category

• Maintenance Category

• Funds

• Fees

• Status

• Manufacturers

• Devices

• Device Subtypes

• Models

• Build Inventory Ticket

You can also access each of these screens in any sequence you like by clicking Campus Tools, Inventory, Administrator Tools Utilities.
