The User-defined Text Field screen lists all of the user-defined text fields that currently exist for this inventory ticket. If no values have been defined, the User-defined Text Field edit screen displays.
If there are existing text fields, you can use this screen to:
Add a new text field: Click New.
Edit an existing text field: Click the Edit icon next to the field name.
Delete an existing text field: Click the Delete icon.
Edit multiple text fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each field to be edited. Then, click Edit Selected.
Delete multiple text fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each field to be deleted. Then, click Delete Selected.
Edit all text fields: Click Edit All.
Delete all text fields: Click Delete All.
If you select either New or Edit, the User-defined Text Field edit screen displays.
