Inventory administrators are responsible for one or more Inventories at the CNAV installation. In a multi-campus installation, each campus might have a separate inventory administrator who is responsible for the inventories local to that campus. Alternately, each inventory might have its own inventory administrator. Every existing inventory must have an inventory administrator. The person or group designated as the inventory administrator is ultimately responsible for the maintenance of that inventory. Inventory administrators can also manipulate the actual inventory settings. That is, they can add and remove fields from the inventory entry and query forms. Inventory administrators also have access to high-level tools for searches and reports.
