Clicking Campus Tools, Advising, Progress Reports (Institution), View Active Report Instances displays a list of all progress report instances currently defined for the current institution. For each progress report instance, CNAV displays the following information:
Edit/Del: This column provides icons that allow you to edit or delete specific progress report instances.
Edit: When you edit a progress report instance, the only field you are allowed to change is the description. Make any changes you want to the description, then click the Edit icon to submit your changes.
Del: To delete a progress report instance, simply click the Delete icon.
Report type: This column lists the report type of each progress report instances.
Start date/End date: These columns list the starting and ending dates that define the range during which this progress report instance is available. For reports that can be completed at any time, these fields display the phrase "No dates required."
Description: This column displays the descriptions assigned to each report type instance.
To return to the Progress Report Maintenance menu, click Back.
