The Date Fields screen lists all of the active or inactive user-defined date fields that currently exist for the request ticket for this Helpdesk. If no values have been defined, the Date Fields edit screen displays.
If there are existing date fields, you can use this screen to:
Add a new date field: Click New.
Edit an existing date field: Click the Edit icon under Edit/Delete.
Delete an existing date field: Click the Delete icon under Edit/Delete.
Edit multiple date fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each date field to be edited. Then, click Edit Selected.
Delete multiple date fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each date field to be deleted. Then, click Delete Selected.
Edit all date fields: Click Edit All.
Delete all date fields: Click Delete All.
Toggle display between active and inactive fields: Click the Edit Actives or Edit Inactives button at the bottom of the screen.
If you select either New or Edit, the Date Fields edit screen displays.
