The Picklist Fields screen lists all of the active or inactive user-defined picklist fields that currently exist for the request ticket for this Helpdesk. If no values have been defined, the Picklist Fields edit screen displays.
If there are existing picklist fields, you can use this screen to:
Add a new picklist field: Click New.
Edit an existing picklist field: Click the Edit icon under Picklist.
Delete an existing picklist field: Click the Delete icon under Edit/Delete.
Delete multiple picklist fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each picklist field to be deleted. Then, click Delete Selected.
Delete all picklist fields: Click Delete All.
Toggle display between active and inactive fields: Click the Edit Actives or Edit Inactives button at the bottom of the screen.
If you select either New or Edit, the Picklist Fields edit screen displays.
