Clicking Find It Now, Groups, Browse allows you to browse the available groups, listed alphabetically. You can also access this screen by clicking [browse groups] at the top of the My Groups screen.
For each group listed, CNAV provides the following information:
Group Name: This column lists the name of each group. To obtain more detailed information about an individual group, click on the hyperlinked group name.
Membership links: These links allow you to join the listed groups. The possible values are:
[join]: You do not belong to this group. However, you may join this group simply by clicking [join].
[request]: You do not belong to this group. To join this group, you must be approved as a member by the group owner(s). To request permission to join this group, click [request].
[unsubscribe]: You currently belong to this group. To be removed from the group, click [unsubscribe].
[member]: You currently belong to this group. However, you cannot remove yourself. Thus, you cannot [unsubscribe].
Member contact icons: These icons allow you to directly email the group members, or arrange a conference call. (Conference calling is available only if Internet telephony is enabled for your campus.)
Group member lists: These icons allow you to list the members of each group. You can list members with or without photos.
Last modified date: Click this icon to display the date and time at which this group was last modified.
Group type icon: This icon indicates the type of each group: Manual group, Realm Group, System group.
Note that for officially sanctioned groups, an Institution Approved icon () appears in the far left column.
To return to the Groups search screen, click Back.
