To create a new portfolio, click New Portfolio in the Portfolio Generator Toolbar displayed in the left pane of the Portfolio Generator. CNAV will display the New Portfolio screen in the right pane. On that screen, do the following:
Assign a name to the new portfolio. You can use up to 50 alphanumeric characters in the name, so be as descriptive as you wish.
Select a portfolio outline to be used from the provided drop-down list. If you wish to create a portfolio without using a predefined outline, select Free Form.
Click Continue. CNAV will display a message confirming that the Portfolio has been created.
Click Continue again to edit the Portfolio.
