General Cool URL Tools

Clicking Campus Tools, URL Mgmt, Cool URLs displays a menu listing the available general Cool URL tools. (This menu does not include those tools restricted to Cool URL administrators. If you need those tools, select Cool URL Admin on the URL Management screen.)

From the general Cool URLs menu, you can do the following:

• Add a new Cool URL

• View the Cool URLs that you own (and can therefore edit)

• View current Cool URLs

• Access the Cool URL search function

Click on the menu option that corresponds to the task you wish to perform.
