Clicking Find It Now, People, Multiple Condition Search allows you to search for people in two ways:
If, and only if, you are a CNAV System Administrator, this screen provides access to a third tool: External ERP ID Search.
To search for someone by name, do the following:
Use the Name drop-down list to select the type of name by which you wish to search. Your options are:
Last name
Birth name (sometimes called Maiden name)
First name
Use the second drop-down list to limit your search to on-campus users or extend the search to include everyone.
In the text field, enter the name of the person for who you are searching. If you don't know the entire name (or aren't sure how to spell it), you can use the * wildcard within your entry. For example, you may want to search for Sm* if you are unsure whether you're looking for Smith, Smyth, or Smythe.
Searching by multiple conditions
The conditions that you can specify for a multiple condition people search depend on the user realm of the person for whom you are searching. To access the multiple condition search screen, first select the desired user realm from the provided drop-down list. The user realms that you can select are:
