This step in the Event wizard allows you to ask CNAV to post your event or notice to one or more campus digests. You can post information about your event to up to 4 separate campus digests. The number and types of digests available depend on the choices made by your campus CNAV administrator. Some institutions even choose not to use campus digests. If your campus has opted not to use digests, simply click Skip Digests.
To post information about your event to one or more campus digests, enter the following information:
Digest(s): Tick the checkbox next to each campus digest to which you want your event information posted. You can select up to four digests.
Digest text: Enter the text that you wish to be posted to the digest(s).
Select posting times: You can post event information to one or more digests up to 3 times before the event. For example, you can post information one week before the event, 3 days before the event, and on the day of the event. Select up to 3 times for posting from the provided drop-down lists.
After you enter all desired information on this screen, click Post to Digest. The Event wizard proceeds to a completion screen that summarizes the new event you have just created.
IMPORTANT: When you click Post to Digest (or Skip Digest) you are actually submitting the event to CNAV. Once you click those buttons, you can no longer Cancel the event addition.
