To duplicate a news item while making changes to fields other than the start time, end time, headline, or description, click the Wizard Duplicate button at the bottom of the News Summary screen.
Note that duplicating a news item in this way does step you through the entire News Wizard. If the ONLY items you wish to change are the start time, end time, headline, or description, you can duplicate the news item much more quickly by using the Duplicate button to perform a straight duplicate. When using this method, the other fields are pre-filled based on the news item being duplicated.
Clicking Wizard Duplicate displays the first screen in the News Wizard. Step through the screens exactly as you would if you were adding a news article, simply making only those changes necessary instead of adding all new definitions.
