Adding a New Page Security Group

To add a new page security group, select CNAV Tools, Page Security.  CNAV displays the Page Security for Page Groups screen. At Group name, enter the name of the new group you wish to create.  To enter a name that includes spaces, please use the underscore (_) character to indicate spaces.  Click Add.

CNAV displays the Page Security Group modification screen. On this screen, you can do the following:

    1. Tick Restrict IP.

    2. Under Allowed IP Ranges, enter the allowable IP addresses.  You can enter the addresses individually. For example, if you wanted to define access for a lab with IP addresses 138.234.161.001 to  138.234.161.015, you could Add each of these IP addresses individually.  You can also limit access with partial IP specifications. For example, if you enter 138.234.161 (with no period at the end), access will be restricted to the range of IP addresses from 138.234.161.000 to 138.234.161.999.  After entering each address specification, click Add.
