This screen allows you to make the following changes to this help page:
Change the filename: To change the filename of an online help file, enter the new name in the Filename field. Note that filenames are used to specify realm access when new help files are loaded into CNAV. Therefore, if you are using this screen to change the access realm(s) for an online help file, you must also change the name of the help file to reflect the new realm(s) as required by the Help File Naming Conventions. Otherwise, the next time you use the Help Loaders to generate help, the access realms will be reset to the default realms extracted from the filename prefix.
WARNING: Renaming a file in this way actually creates a new file having the new name. The existing file is not removed in the process. After changing the file name on this screen, you must return to the Help Pages screen and delete the original help file.
Use as context-sensitive help: CNAV provides two types of online help: menu-based help and context-sensitive help. Menu-based help is accessible through the online help system table of contents displayed in the left page of any help screen. Context-sensitive help appears only when you click the Help button () while looking at a specific CNAV screen. For example, if you click Help while looking at the Modify Help Page you see this context-sensitive help screen. To use an online help file as context-sensitive help, you need to provide the *.cfm filename of the CNAV screen to which you wish to link the help file. You can link the same help file to more than one CNAV screen by entering more than one filename at Use as context-sensitive help. Note, however, that each CNAV screen can have only one associated help file. If the CNAV screen you specify already had screen-based help, that help is replaced by the new context-sensitive help.
To add the name of the CNAV page(s) for which you wish to use this help file as context-sensitive Help, click Add. CNAV displays the Add Context-Sensitive Help screen.
To remove one or more existing context-sensitive help specifications, tick the name of each CNAV screen to which you no longer wish to link this help file. Click Remove Checked.
Change access realms: Changing the access realms to which this help file will be viewable requires two steps:
Add or remove access realms in the Change access realms area. To add a realm, click Add. Tick the checkbox for each realm to which you wish to grant access to this help file on the Add Realms screen and click Add Checked. To remove a realm, tick the checkbox next to each realm you wish to no longer have access to this help file and click Remove Checked.
Change the filename to reflect the new access realms as required by the Help File Naming Conventions. Otherwise, the next time you use the Help Loaders to generate help, the access realms will be reset to the default realms extracted from the filename prefix.
