Clicking Modify Users at the bottom of the HR Directory Tools screen displays the Approved Users screen. This screen allows you to do the following:
To add a new user approved to print the campus directory, enter the following information:
Add user: Enter the name of the user (last name first) that you wish to add to the list of people authorized to print the campus directory. Note that this field uses a dynamic list display.
Copies allowed: Enter the maximum number of copies that you wish to allow this user to print. Note that this is a cumulative number. That is, if you enter 10 you are specifying that this user can print up to 10 copies total -- not 10 copies at a time.
After entering these required fields, click Add User. The new user will display in the tally list on the bottom of this screen.
To view the print activity by currently approved users, look at the tall table at the bottom of this screen. This table lists the user name and total number of campus directories each user can print. This table also lists the number of each type of directory that the user has already printed.
To change the number of copies that a user is permitted to print, click that user's name in the tally list on the bottom of this screen. CNAV displays the Edit Approved User screen. On that screen, change the number of copies that the user is permitted to print, as desired. Then, click Submit to return to the Approved Users screen.
