Clicking Campus Tools, Alumni, Alumni Tools displays the tools available to Alumni Administrators. To add or remove class representatives and correspondents, select the class year from the provided drop-down list in the Administer Alumni Classes channel. Then, click the View it Now icon.
CNAV displays the My Class screen, including the administrator-specific options at the top of the screen. Using these options, you can:
Remove a current class representative or correspondent: Click the Delete icon for the representative or correspondent to be deleted. CNAV immediately removes that person or group. Confirmation is not required.
Add a class representative: Click Add Representative. CNAV displays the Group Chooser. Select the person(s) and or group(s) you wish to add as representatives of this alumni class. Click Submit. CNAV redisplays the My Class screen.
Add a class correspondent: Click Add Correspondent. CNAV displays the Group Chooser. Select the person(s) and or group(s) you wish to add as the alumni news correspondent for this alumni class. Click Submit. CNAV redisplays the My Class screen.
Access the alumni-specific administrative tools: Click Admin Tools.
