Clicking Campus Tools, Alumni, Alumni Tools displays the tools available to Alumni Administrators. To add or remove alumni club representatives and correspondents, select the alumni club from the provided drop-down list in the Administer Alumni Clubs channel. Then, click the View it Now icon.
CNAV displays the My Alumni Club screen, including the administrator-specific options at the top of the screen. Using these options, you can:
Remove a current club representative or correspondent: Click the Delete icon for the representative or correspondent to be deleted. CNAV immediately removes that person or group. Confirmation is not required.
Add a club representative: Click Add Representative. CNAV displays the Group Chooser. Select the person(s) and or group(s) you wish to add as representatives of this alumni club. Click Submit. CNAV redisplays the My Alumni Club screen.
Add a club correspondent: Click Add Correspondent. CNAV displays the Group Chooser. Select the person(s) and or group(s) you wish to add as the alumni news correspondent for this alumni club. Click Submit. CNAV redisplays the My Alumni Club screen.
Access the alumni-specific administrative tools: Click Admin Tools.
