Clicking Campus Tools, Appointment Tools, Create Appointments allows you to access a wizard to create new academic appointments for your department.
This wizard contains the following steps:
Identifying the appointment to be created
The first step of the Create Appointments Wizard displays the Appointment Creation screen. On this screen, enter the following information:
Appointment title: Enter a short, but description title that explains the purpose of this appointment.
Type: Select the appropriate type from the provided drop-down list.
Status: Select the appropriate status from the provided drop-down list.
Date: Enter the date on which the appointment will occur. Use the format mm/dd/yyyy. Note that you must enter a 4-digit year. (The default value is today's date.)
Time: Enter the time at which the appointment will occur. Use the format hh:mm, relying on a 12-hour clock. Be sure to specify AM or PM. (The default value is 12:00 AM or 12:00 PM, whichever is closest to the actual time.)
To clear all entries and start again, click Reset.
To proceed to the next step in this process, click Submit.
CNAV displays the Chooser screen for you to choose the person(s) with whom you will be meeting for this appointment. For details on using the Chooser, click here. After selecting the attendees for this appointment, click Submit.
