Display Your Open Work Requests

Clicking Campus Tools, Helpdesk, Helpdesk Tools, Display Your Open Work Requests allows you to generate a quick report that overviews the open Helpdesk tickets for which you are either a designated worker or the owner. When choosing this option, simply click Worker or Owner on the Helpdesk Tools menu under Worker Tools.

CNAV will display the status report you requested. To view details on any Helpdesk request ticket listed in this display, click the hyperlinked Ticket ID number. To download this report to your PC as a comma-delimited file, click Get the file. If this report claims that No tickets meet search criteria, you may want to click Back and execute a less restrictive or slightly less specific search.
