Clicking Campus Tools, Helpdesk, Administrator Tools Utilities, System Administrator Tools Edit Inactive Helpdesks displays the Inactive Helpdesks screen.
On the Inactive Helpdesks screen, you can reactivate one or more helpdesk systems that were previously made inactive. To reactivate a helpdesk, tick the checkbox for that helpdesk and click Reactivate Selected. To reactivate all inactive helpdesk systems, click Reactivate All.
To return to the Helpdesk Tools menu, click Main.
