Clicking Campus Tools, Forms, Form Processing allows you to access the Form Processing tool.
To begin, use the initial screen to search for the form you wish to process. To limit your search, use the following drop-down fields:
Institution: Select the institution to which the form you wish to process belongs. The default value is any institution.
Department: Select the department to which the form you wish to process belongs. The default value is any department.
Submit date: Select the time frame in which the form you wish to process was submitted. You can search for forms submitted within the past 1, 2, or 3 days, or the last 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks. The default value is any submission date.
Status: Select the status of the form for which you are searching. You can search for forms that are unprocessed, processed, or recently received. The default value is any status.
Done: Select the completion status of the desired form. You can search for forms with which the user is done or forms with which the users are still working. The default value is any completion status.
As you enter fields to be searched upon, those search criteria will display in the Selected Search Conditions area to the right of the screen. If you change your mind and wish to remove criteria, simply click on the item to be removed in the Selected Search Conditions area. Once you have specified all desired criteria, click Submit. CNAV will display a Processing Results screen listing all forms that met your search criteria.
