Form Processing Results

This screen lists all forms that meet the search criteria you specified. For each form, CNAV displays the Form name, Taker (that is, the CNAV user who completed the form), Department, Institution, Form status, and completion status (Done?).  

To actually mark a form as processed, click the hyperlinked form name.  CNAV will display the form in question for your review. At the bottom of the form, you will find a drop-down list entitled Form Status.  Your options are Not Processed (the default), Received, and Processed.  Select the appropriate status and click Submit.

Keep in mind that the actual processing of the form must be done either manually or in the appropriate campus computer system. "Processing" the form in CNAV simply informs CNAV of the processing status.

If CNAV does not currently contain any forms that match your search criteria, please click Back to return to the search screen and double-check the search criteria you entered.

If you still find no forms that meet your needs, you can use the Form tools to create a new form. (Note: Use of the Form Builder/Editor is restricted to those users designated as Forms Administrators. If you are unable to access this tool from the Campus Tools menu but feel that you require access in order to properly perform your job, please contact your CNAV system administrator.)
