Clicking Campus Tools, Helpdesk, Administrator Tools Utilities, Reporting Tools Logs Report allows you to view a list of the changes that have been logged for tickets in this helpdesk. The Logs Report screen lists the following information for each ticket to which changes have been made:
Ticket ID: This field lists the Ticket ID of each ticket for which a change has been logged. To view the actual helpdesk ticket, click the hyperlinked ID number.
Affected field:This column lists the name of the field for which a change was logged.
Value: This column lists the new value of each changed field.
Last modified by: This column lists the name of the person who last modified this ticket and the date and time of that modification. To obtain additional information about this person, click the hyperlinked user name to display this user's CNAV ID screen.
