When a student enters a new item in her planner, she is able to assign it a priority level that indicates the importance, to her, of actually completing the planned item. This tool allows you to maintain the list of priority codes from which students can pick.
To maintain the planner priority codes, select Campus Tools, Advising, Portfolio Tools, Planner Priority Codes. From the Planner Priority Codes screen, you can do the following:
Add a new priority code. Click New. CNAV will display a blank Planner Priority Codes edit screen.
Edit an existing priority code. Select the code you wish to edit from the drop-down list displayed under Create/Update Options. Then, click Edit. CNAV will display the Planner Priority Codes edit screen with all information about the selected code already filled out.
Delete an existing priority code. Select the code you wish to delete from the drop-down list displayed under Create/Update Options. Then, click Delete.
To return to the Portfolio Tools screen, click Back.
