Faculty members can post progress reports for any students enrolled in their classes by clicking the Academic Progress Report link for the course in question in the Restricted Data section of the Course Listing screen. CNAV allows institutions to define multiple progress reports. Your campus might allow faculty members to use the Progress Reports Tool to post Midterm grades, Final grades, and General progress reports. Institutions can also define progress reports for any special needs they might have. For example, your school might include Dean's list reports or Academic deficiency reports.
Before you can post an actual progress report, you must select the type of report you wish to post. Because some progress reports (such as Midterm grades) can only be posted during specific times, the Enter Progress Report for Class initial screen lists the Available until date for each type of progress report. When you click on the desired progress report type, CNAV will display the actual Progress Report Entry screen.
