Clicking Campus Tools, Services allows you to do the following:

 

Adding an existing service to your department

To add an existing service to your department, enter the following information:

After selecting all services you wish to add, click Submit. CNAV will request additional information about the services you selected. Enter that information, then click Submit. (For details on that information, read the help on Additional Services Information.) CNAV will redisplay the Add Services screen. Your new services will be listed in the Edit list provided at the bottom of this screen.

 

Adding a new service to your department

To add a new service to your department, enter the following information:

After entering the names of all new services you wish to add, click Submit. CNAV will request additional information about those new services. Enter that information, then click Submit. For details on that information, read the help on Additional Services Information. CNAV will redisplay the Add Services screen. Your new services will be listed in the Edit list provided at the bottom of this screen.

 

Editing services already attached to your department

To edit a service already attached to your department, click the Edit button next to the service you wish to edit. CNAV will display the Edit Services screen. Make all required changes on this screen, then click Submit. Click Done to return to the Add Services screen.

To delete a service, click the Delete icon next to the service you wish to delete. CNAV will display the Delete Service screen. CNAV will ask you to choose the office from which you wish to delete this service. Choose your department from the provided drop-down list and click Submit. CNAV will redisplay the Add Services screen. The service you deleted will no longer appear with your department name listed in the Edit list provided at the bottom of this screen.
