Survey Yes/No Fields

The Survey Yes/No Fields screen lists all of the active or inactive yes/no fields that currently exist for the survey associated with this helpdesk. These fields define the yes/no and true/false survey questions.

On this screen, you can do the following:

• Add a new yes/no field: Click New.

• Edit an existing yes/no field: Click the Edit icon under Edit/Delete.

• Delete an existing yes/no field: Click the Delete icon under Edit/Delete.

• Edit multiple yes/no fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each yes/no field to be edited. Then, click Edit Selected.

• Delete multiple yes/no fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each yes/no field to be deleted. Then, click Delete Selected.

• Edit all yes/no fields: Click Edit All.

• Delete all yes/no fields: Click Delete All.

• Toggle display between active and inactive fields: Click the Edit Actives or Edit Inactives button at the bottom of the screen.

If you select either New or Edit, the Survey Yes/No Fields edit screen displays.
